Pair of Football Student-Athletes Earn GLIAC Commissioner Awards

DETROIT — Two members of the Wayne State University football program were selected as recipients of a GLIAC Commissioner's Award for the fall, which recognizes student-athletes that excel both in the classroom and on the fields of play. Fifth-year offensive linemen Landin Mitchell (Goodrich, Mich.) and Lane Potter (Hudsonville, Mich.) were voted from a very strong field of applicants.
