Pa. Senate finally passes bill requiring drivers to clear snow and ice from trucks — 16 years after a deadly Lehigh Valley tragedy

The Pennsylvania Senate gave final approval to a measure that would require motorists to make "reasonable efforts" to remove accumulated snow and ice from a vehicle within 24 hours of the end of a storm, 16 years after an ice chunk flew off a tractor-trailer, killing a Lehigh Valley woman.
