Olson Receives AFCA Second Team All-American Honors

The American Football Coaches' Association (AFCA) released the 2021 AFCA Division II Coaches' All-America Team on Wednesday morning. Chance Olson became the first Northern State player since 2018 to be named an All-American, when he was named to the Second Team defense today. It marks the 46th All-American honor received by a Northern football athlete, and he becomes the 40th different athlete to receive All-American status in the Wolves football program. Olson is one of seven NSIC players represented on the AFCA's All-America teams.
