TRAFFORD, Pa. — Allegheny College wide receiver Declan O'Brien (Irwin, Pa./Norwin) was crowned the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Offensive Player of the Week after a phenomenal performance against Waynesburg University on Saturday.
