No. 23/21 Aggies open 2021 season against Golden Hurricane

UC Davis opens its season against an FBS opponent for the 10th time in its Division I era, taking on American Athletic Conference member Tulsa, which celebrates its quasquicentennial season (125th) of football this fall. The Aggies enter the season ranked in the preseason in both the Stats Perform media poll (#23) and coaches' poll (#21), while the Golden Hurricane comes off a season in which they went undefeated in conference play and earned a Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl.
