No. 19 Blazers Fall to No. 8 Delta State

VALDOSTA, Ga. – The No. 19 Valdosta State football team's upset bid of No. 8 Delta State fell short in a 49-25 loss at Bazemore-Hyder Stadium Saturday afternoon. The Blazers, who dropped to 5-1 overall and 2-1 in the Gulf South Conference, fell behind late in the second quarter and were unable to recover, as Delta State improved to 6-0 and 4-0 in the GSC.
