Nine Gyrenes Named All-Sun Conference

AVE MARIA, Fla.- The Ave Maria University football team saw nine players honored as All-Sun Conference on Wednesday, as the SUN office unveiled the 2022 All-Conference selections. Four Gyrene players were named First Team All-SUN selections, while another six earned second team honors – junior Roman Newkirk was honored in both categories, earning all-purpose honors on the first team and return specialist honors on the second team.
