NFF Dooley Chapter Names NCCU’s Manning Scholar-Athlete

RALEIGH, N.C. – North Carolina Central University defensive lineman Chuck Manning has been announced as a University Scholar-Athlete Award recipient by The National Football Foundation's Bill Dooley Chapter on Monday.
