Morehouse Defeats Clark Atlanta

Atlanta, GA- The history between the two school dates to the 1900, Clark College and Atlanta Baptist College before becoming Morehouse College. The first game they played against each other Atlanta Baptist took the win with a score of 56-0. After thirteen years that played each other again which ABC took the win again final score being 41-0. In 1927, Clark got their first win against Morehouse, 38-0. In 1930, the school's rivalry became the season opener for both teams and Morehouse took the win for both games. By 1940, Clark started their dominance over Morehouse for the next 14 seasons. From 1980-2000 both teams won their share of games making it even. Fast forward to 2016, the two teams traded wins, each winning on their home field. Morehouse eventually loses bragging rights as they now belong to CAU. CAU leads with 51 wins, 37 loses and three ties.
