Making its first College Football Playoff appearance and facing Georgia for the first time since 1965, the No. 2-ranked University of Michigan football team fell behind early and could not solve the No. 3 Bulldogs' nation-leading defense in a 34-11 CFP semifinal loss in the Capital One Orange Bowl on Friday night (Dec. 31) at Hard Rock Stadium.
