Micah Parsons takes punch from professional boxer as he trains away from Cowboys facility

Dallas Cowboys star edge rusher Micah Parsons isn’t doing the team’s voluntary workout program, he is, however, still putting in the work. The former Penn State standout was filmed taking a punch from professional boxer AJ Graham this week in a little game of shot-for-shot. Unfortunately, Parsons bowed out of the friendly competition after taking just one hit to the gut – but he got two in on his opponent.
