Miami Dolphins Score 70 In Record Blowout Against Denver Broncos

The Miami Dolphins battered the Denver Broncos on Sunday. With the final score was 70-20, the Dolphins tied the NFL record for the fourth most points scored in a game. They were three points away from getting the NFL record of 73 points. It also marked the most points any NFL team scored since Washington scored 72 in 1966 against the Giants.  The Dolphins were first the team in NFL history to have five passing touchdowns and five rushing touchdowns in the same game and the first team to score 70 points with 700 yards of offense.
