Mendelsohn, Varela earn NWC honors after season-opening win against PLU

Duncan Varela was named the Northwest Conference Student-Athlete of the Week for Offense, and Jonah Mendelsohn was named the NWC Student-Athlete of the Week for special teams after the Loggers’ season-opening 28-20 home victory against Pacific Lutheran last Saturday (Feb. 6).
