McDowell named as co-head Coach for the HBCU Allstate Legacy Bowl

PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas – In his second season as the Prairie View A&M head football coach former NFL Houston Oiler Leonard "Bubba" McDowell has been selected to coach on the sideline for another Saturday at the Allstate HBCU Legacy Bowl, which was announced by the Black College Football Hall of Fame (BCFHOF).
