Maritime Snags Two NEWMAC Weekly Awards

For the second straight week, Luke Caliendo (North Babylon, NY) of the Maritime College football team has been recognized by the New England Women's & Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) for his performance in a Privateers win.  Caliendo, who was the NEWMAC Special Teams Athlete of the Week on Oct. 2, was honored as this week's NEWMAC Offensive Athlete of the Week.  Dylan Denicker (Queens, NY), meanwhile, was chosen as the NEWMAC Defensive Athlete of the Week.
