Man living in the Bucks County woods charged with threatening Biden, Gov. Wolf and other Democrats

State police say Kris John Kinsey, 61, who was living in the woods in Bucks County, posted multiple messages, images and videos where he threatened violence or death to President-elect Joe Biden, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, and Rep. Nancy Pelosi and their supporters.
