Leo Leads Nine Seahawks On Phil Steele All-NEC Teams

Staten Island, NY – The Wagner College football team placed nine players on the Phil Steele All-Northeast Conference (NEC) teams, led by senior Titus Leo, who earned NEC Defensive Player of the Year, First Team All-NEC, and Third Team All-America honors by the magazine.
