‘Knave to king’: 16-year-old Whitehall student-athlete looks to become local fashion royalty with new clothing company

Sixteen-year-old Raymond Jackson III, a member of Whitehall High School's varsity football and basketball teams, on Friday opened the first retail location of his clothing company, Jack’N Apparel Co., at 513 Linden St. in downtown Allentown.
