Kirk Cousins Left Vikings Game After Suffering a Painful, Non-Contact Injury vs. Packers

By Madison Williams Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins was ruled out of Week 8’s game vs. NFC North rival the Packers with an ankle injury. Cousins was shuffling backwards while looking for a teammate to throw a pass to, and he appeared to injure his ankle when he planted his right foot. Therefore, this was ruled as a non-contact injury. He hobbled on one foot to the sideline to get reviewed further.
