The defending champions of the NFL, the Kansas City Chiefs are not done improving their roster, as they signed former University of Michigan standout quarterback Shea Patterson to be a backup behind star Patrick Mahomes.Patterson was not one of the 10 Michigan Wolverines selected in the NFL Draft a couple of weeks ago.Patterson started his college career at Ole Miss where he was a back up to Chad Kelly until stepping as the starter once Kelly got injured in 2016.
