Jim Clements voted PSAC East Coach of the Year, 13 Golden Bears earn All-PSAC honors

For the second straight season, head coach Jim Clements of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference champion and 12th-ranked Kutztown University football team was voted the PSAC East Division Coach of the Year, and 13 Golden Bear student-athletes received All-PSAC honors, announced by the league office Tuesday.
