Jacob Cowing Named to Biletnikoff Award Watch List
UTEP wide receiver Jacob Cowing has been named to the preseason watch list for the Tallahassee Quarterback Club (TQC) Foundation's annual Biletnikoff Award, which recognizes the college football season's outstanding FBS receiver regardless of position.
