HORNETS POST 4-SET WIN OVER COLONIALS IN HOME OPENER

Dover, Del. (Jan. 30, 2021) — Delaware State won the first two sets to highlight a 3-1 volleyball victory over George Washington in the Hornets' spring '21 home opener today.  DSU won the first set 25-20 and opened up 2-0 lead with a 25-22 victory in set two. The Colonials stayed alive in the match with a 25-23 win in the third set, but the Hornets sealed the win by outscoring G.W. 25-19 in set four to even their record at 1-1 this season.
