Hokies add 15 signees, welcome four transfers on National Signing Day

Highlighted by 13 high school captains and five state championships as a class, Virginia Tech football head coach Brent Pry welcomed his third signing class to Blacksburg on Wednesday, as the Hokies introduced 15 signees and four transfers on National Signing Day.
