Harper Named OVC Defensive POTY; 16 Gamecocks Named All-OVC

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – After winning its ninth Ohio Valley Conference title and its sixth in the past seven years, the Jacksonville State football team had a league-high 16 players named to the OVC's All-Conference Teams on Thursday.
