GVSU Football Ranked #3 In AFCA Preseason Coaches' Poll

The American Football Coaches' Association released its 2023 college football NCAA Division II preseason rankings and Grand Valley State comes in as the #3 team in the country. The Lakers, once again ranked among the nation's top teams heading into its 52nd year of football, have now been ranked in the top 10 of a national preseason poll 189 times since 2002 (22 polls), including 16 top five rankings and 13 top three rankings.
