GVSU Football Featured On ESPN 96.1 Classics Friday

During this time of the coronavirus pandemic ESPN 96.1 has been re-airing local classic sports broadcasts via the air waves daily and that will continue in the month of May it was announced by the station. Friday, May 1st ESPN 96.1 will re-air the 2015 Grand Valley State versus #3 Ashland NCAA DII Playoff game that the Lakers captured 45-28. The broadcast will begin at 7:50 with Big Drew and  Jim giving a short recap of the game. Steve Lloyd-Jones will handle the play-by-play, while Greg Johnson will handle the color.
