Gunner White Named Offensive Player of the Year as 16 Captains Receive Conference Recognition

For the third straight season, a member of the Christopher Newport University football team has been named the Offensive Player of the Year by the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC). Sophomore running back Gunner White was named the recipient of the award on Friday and 15 other members of the Captains were recognized as the NJAC released its yearly list of all-conference honorees.
