CHARLOTTE – Winston-Salem State University (1-4, 1-2) turned three Golden Bulls turnovers into 17 points as the Rams downed Johnson C. Smith University (0-5, 0-3) on Saturday afternoon at the Irwin Belk Complex, 26-12.
