Giants hiring Eagles’ Brandon Brown as assistant GM, Kevin Abrams slides to new role

The Giants are hiring the Philadelphia Eagles’ Brandon Brown as an assistant GM, sources confirm. Brown, the Eagles’ co-director of player personnel, steps in as the right-hand lieutenant to new Giants GM Joe Schoen. He had interviewed for the Minnesota Vikings’ GM job, as well. He is the second Eagles front office member hired away this offseason. Co-director of player personnel Ian Cunningham was hired as Chicago’s assistant GM to the Bears’ Ryan Poles.
