Former Mustang Jeff Loots on College Football Hall of Fame Ballot for third year in a row

IRVING, Texas – The National Football Foundation (NFF) & College Hall of Fame announced on Monday that former Southwest Minnesota State University quarterback Jeff Loots, is listed on the ballot for a third straight year for induction into the College Football Hall of Fame. The ballot includes 78 players and nine coaches from the Football Bowl Subdivision and 101 players and 32 coaches from the divisional ranks.
