Former Browns, Jets Defensive Back Arrested On Fraud Charges

According to the Canadian police, Skrine defrauded banks of more than $100,000. The former fifth-round pick apparently pulled this off by using fraudulent checks to open accounts. He would then withdraw money before the checks cleared. Skrine faces four counts of fraud over $5,000 and seven counts of making false statements to produce money among others.
