Football's Opener at Kentucky Shifts to Thursday, Sept. 3

For fans looking forward to the 2020 football season, the wait just got a little shorter. Eastern Michigan University and the University of Kentucky announced today, June 16, that the teams will start 48 hours earlier than originally planned. Kickoff for the non-conference game was scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 5, but will now be played Thursday, Sept. 3, at Kroger Field.
