Footballs Defense Stars In Alumni Weekend Victory

PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher University football team hosted Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) on Saturday as Fisher hosted Alumni Weekend. Both teams channeled an old school brand of football, as neither team was able to cross the end zone. The Cardinals kicked a field goal in the first quarter and it proved to be enough in a 3-0 victory over the Engineers. Fisher now holds a record of 2-2 and they hand RPI their first loss of the year and put them at 3-1.
