Football Week 1 Preview: Northwestern St. Paul

The last time the Loras College football team took the field was on Nov. 16, 2019. The last time the Duhawks welcomed a roaring crowd to the Rock Bowl was Nov. 9, 2019. Nearly 510 days later, the Duhawks are fortunate to have the opportunity to compete after weathering the challenges of delayed starts, modified practices, and a completely different approach to training throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and are ready to see it all come to fruition as the 2020 season gets underway on Saturday, Mar. 27 against the University of Northwestern St. Paul.
