[Football] Warriors Retain Rivalry Trophy with Second-Half Rally

HASTINGS, Neb. – After a delay to the start of the game due to travel issues, Midland University took the field against Hastings College on Saturday afternoon in Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) action. It took a while for the Warriors' offense to get going as they trailed 10-0 late in the first half before rallying for a 35-17 win over the Broncos. With the win, the Watchorn-McLaughlin Trophy will call Fremont home for the sixth straight season. It's the longest winning streak in the series since 1992 when the teams began playing for the trophy.
