SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Road conference games are hard enough in the Great Plains Athletic Conference, and they're even more challenging when you have to play at the home of the defending national champions. Midland University's football team experienced that first hand on Saturday, but refused to go down without a fight.Despite an early 23-point deficit, the (RV) Warriors (1-2, 0-2 GPAC) battled for 60 minutes against No. 1 Morningside College (3-0, 2-0 GPAC), but the Mustangs' offense wouldn't be deterred as they ultimately stretched out to a 51-29 win.
