[Football] Warrior Football to Compete in Victory Bowl for First Time in School History

Greenville, SC:  The 2021 NCCAA Victory Bowl™ will feature the Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) Lions and the Sterling College Warriors on Saturday, November 20. The game will be played at SAGU's Lumpkins Stadium in Waxahachie, Texas with kickoff set for 12:00pm CT.This marks the third appearance in the Victory Bowl for the Lions who enter the game with an 8-3 record. SAGU defeated University of Northwestern 10-7 in the 2015 Victory Bowl and fell to Campbellsville in 2017 by the score of 41-28. The Warriors, who are 6-5 on the season, will be making their first-ever appearance.All student-athletes and coaches will participate in a Christian Service Project and serve the local community.
