[Football] Tigers offensive explosion aids in rival win

Georgetown College football scored twice in 21 seconds, helping to ice away a home victory Saturday. The Tigers (7-2, 4-2) turned two fumbles into quick strikes against University of the Cumberlands in a 28-7 win.The day started with GC marching the field, scoring on a 12-play drive that covered 75-yards and ate up more than six minutes. The next possession it was a two-play, quick score that covered 40 yards – 38 of which came on a Brandon Burgess to Jake Johnson touchdown pass.Drive three seemed headed in the same direction when Tucker Woolum dropped a sure touchdown and then the offense stalled. That is until the defense provided some highlights. It started late in the second quarter when a Tiger turnover looked to aid the Patriots (6-3, 3-3). UC was hoping to put some points up on the board and avoid a shutout in the first half.
