[Football] Tigers offense stymied in 35-0 loss

It might be hard to say there are positives out of a 35-0 loss, but Georgetown College football's defense gave No. 1 Lindsey Wilson College all it wanted. Turnovers, short fields and the Tigers (4-2, 1-2) offensive inability to sustain a drive or score were the difference Saturday.Three series, two of which started in Georgetown territory, opened up a scoreless affair and the Blue Raiders (6-0, 3-0) walked away with the 35-0 win in Columbia, Ky.However, the defense, facing a team that has won 29 of its last 30 games and were averaging 44 points coming into the game stood tall all day. Twice it held the Blue Raiders scoreless inside the red zone, including following GC's first turnover.
