Football Ranked 13th & 14th in National Polls

TROY, N.Y. – Following a season in which it tied the school record for wins in a season, earned its seventh consecutive playoff appearance – the longest streak in school history – won the Transit Trophy, captured the Dutchman Shoes Trophy, secured its third Liberty League title in four years, and advanced to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Playoffs, the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) football team has ranked 13th in the final D3football.com Poll and 14th in the last American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Poll.
