Football Picked Third in 2023 A-R-C Preseason Coaches' Poll

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The American Rivers Conference announced the 2023 football preseason coaches' poll on Friday afternoon. The Coe College football team earned one first-place vote and totaled 51 points, finishing third in the poll. Wartburg, the 2022 A-R-C champions, picked up the remaining eight first-place votes and totaled 64 points. Central narrowly edged Coe in the standings, totaling 54 points to finish runner-up in the coaches' poll. Dubuque, Loras and Buena Vista complete the top six in the poll while Luther, Simpson and Nebraska Wesleyan round out the predicted standings.
