Football Loses at Clemson, 44-7

CLEMSON, S.C. – Freshman running back Brian Brewton ran the opening kickoff back for a touchdown, and totaled 216 all-purpose yards, and the UConn defense held Clemson to just 5-22 on third-down conversions, but Clemson defeated the University of Connecticut football team by a 44-7 count on Saturday afternoon at Memorial Stadium in Clemson, S.C.
