Former Miami Dolphins running back Ricky Williams says the National Football League (NFL) is making positive strides by becoming more favorable towards cannabis in recent years. In aninterview with TMZ Sports, he expressed his hopes for one of the major professional sports leagues in the U.S. and Canada to take another step forward and permit teams to allow players to use marijuana for post-game treatment.
