CHICAGO (Ill.) — The Eagles Kenny Kirkland and Omar Beltran have been announced as Mid-States Football Association Midwest League postgame award winners, with Kirkland being selected for Defensive Player of the Week honors and Beltran earning his second Special Teams Player of the week accolade following the Robert Morris University-Illinois football program's 38-27 victory over the University of St. Francis on Saturday afternoon at Joliet Memorial Stadium.
