[Football] Football recognized in Frankfort for winning 2020 National Title

Photos  |  Watch the Archive Video via KETFRANKFORT, Ky. — Members of the 2020 Lindsey Wilson football team was recognized on Wednesday on the Senate floor of the Kentucky Capitol building for winning the NAIA National Championship last May.Kentucky Sen. Max Wise introduced Senate Citation 14 on the Senate floor to honor the 2020 champions. The Citation recognized and honored Lindsey Wilson football for its "extraordinary performance during the 2020-21 athletic season" which culminated in a national championship.
