[Football] Esquivel Captures NAIA Honors; First Tiger Since 2012 to Earn Weekly NAIA Honors

Kansas City, MO – October 4, 2021- The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the names of the athletes who earned Player of the Week honors for week six of the fall 2021 football season. Players of the week are evaluated on their performance during the week prior to the announcement. Each player is selected out of a pool of conference and Association of Independent Institution's award winners.
