Football Comes Up Short at Home on First Responders Day to Lake Erie College

LEBANON, Ill. – The McKendree University football team continued its tread this season of playing just one good half of football as the Bearcats got down 17-0 midway through the second quarter, but rallied to scored 10 straight points and had the ball with a chance to tie the game in the closing minutes but fell just short as they lost 17-10 to Lake Erie College on First Responders Day at Leemon Field.
