[Football] #24 Threshers Break 70 Points for Second Consecutive Game; 5-0 for First Time since 2007
NORTH NEWTON, Kan. – Coming off their jaw-dropping 83-35 blowout of MidAmerica Nazarene on October 3, the Threshers knew they wouldn't be able to duplicate their record-breaking offensive production today against Ottawa. They tried their hardest though and put together an amazing game on all sides of the ball in what turned into a dominating 78-28 victory. Led on the offense by a record-breaking performance from Zach Esau, the Threshers put together 35 points in the second quarter alone to create the separation needed to collect the win.
