FLYOVER, FIREWORKS TO BE PART OF 9/11 REMEMBRANCE

FLORENCE, Ala. — The University of North Alabama has planned a special 9/11 remembrance as part of the Lions' home football game Saturday at Braly Stadium against Chattanooga to mark the 20th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Included in the remembrance will be a pre-game flyover during the national anthem by a C-130 Hercules from the 908th Airwing from Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, as well as a halftime fireworks show by TNT Fireworks.
